The Karnataka NEET counseling information bulletin released by the officials states that candidates who have registered & verified exclusively for mop up round are eligible for the mop-up round. So yes you can register for the mop up round exclusively. As of now, there is no information regarding the schedule for the Mop up round from the officials but it is expected to be released soon. keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information.
