You can register from yesterday as the registration commences from 5 November 2020.Registration opens for a period of 3-4 days before start of every round of UP NEET counselling 2020. The seats that are left vacant after the first round counselling of UP NEET 2020 will be carried forward to the second round. The third-round, also known as the mop-up round, will be held to fill the seats left vacant after the second round, if any.

According to the notice http://www.updgme.in/docs/9942160.pdf

the online registration for UP NEET UG counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS course will start from November 5, 2020 from 4pm to November 8, 2020. So you cannot register now as the registration portal will be active from tomorrow only. So please register tomorrow after 4pm.
