If you completed your 12th grade twice, whether through the same board or a different board, it is allowed.

No rule prohibits a student from taking the 12th grade again. However, it is prohibited for students to take two courses at once.

A student may reapply for admission with any educational board if they choose to complete their 12th grade in a different stream. So you are totally eligible to give your 12 again.
