Yes you can request for a scribe. The eligibility criteria of a scribe is: 1) Is not a family member or a friend. 2) Is not involved in any academic tutoring or preparation for the test to be administered. 3) Has not completed 19 years of age as of 28th January 2017 4) Has academic qualification lower than that of the candidate. After he/she meets the above can become a scribe.
