First of all NCERT is a very good book but you are thinking to do something different so for doing something different needs different books.I am not telling that you can't score marks in NEET but only reading NCERT is not a good choice.As you dreamed to score 90%marks so you have to take help from other book.Some topics are not mentioned in the book or sometime you have to know the topics deeply.So I suggest you to take help from other book.
