Hello Aspirant,You can participate in counselling but at the time of documents verification at the reporting centre you have show to your all the details like Marksheet, Category certificate, JEE Report card etc. Here if you have got less than 75% in board or you are not in top 20 percentile students of your board then they will disqualify you from the counselling, you will not be given seat.

can I get others colleges other than nit and iit ,iiit from my jee percentile

Hey,
If you are CBSE student then you Must score 75 percent in your boards ,if you are getting less than that then  will be no chances of getting nit or iit ,irrespective of your jee mains score .
