Can I skip the 1st round councling of Neet and later attend the 2nd round??

Hello Sadiya, 

It is indeed possible that you can escape the first round and attend the second round directly. You will also be given the window to get your documents verified again before 2nd round. I suggest you to attend the 1st round because most seats would be taken till you reach the next round.
