Admissions in NITs are based on JEE Main scores not JEE Advanced. So if you fail in JEE Advanced it won't effect you NITs admissions. As long as you have good score in JEE Mains you will get admissions in NITs. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to conduct the JEE Main 2022 exam in four sessions  February, March, April, and May. The JEE Main 2022 application form date will be released soon on NTA JEE Main website - jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.nic.in 2022.
