Can you please clear your doubt?

If you want to remain in counselling than you have to report to the alloted college and you have to complete your formalities and you have to choose the option upgrade. So, you will be eligible for next round of counselling.

No, you can't change it now if you have taken your admission in that college.

You can choose upgrade option if the seat is already allotted to you and you are not satisfied with it.
