Hello,

If you plan on pursuing education abroad, then it would be best to apply for an undergraduate program after 12th standard. Admission is easier to obtain in such a situation and you will be required to also provide scores from standardized tests like SAT or ACT along with English language proficiency scores.

For admission after 10th, it may be difficult unless you have residential status in the country of application.

Additionally, for undergraduate admissions, most of the top universities have IELTS requirements in the range of 6.5-7.5. Very few colleges accept scores of 6.0. Therefore, getting admission with an IELTS score of 5.0 may pose to be difficult. Instead, you should work on improving your IELTS score and building your profile for undergraduate admission after  12th.

Heyy Yaksha....

Yes you can study after 10th, you'll need to complete you high school there for pursuing any graduation. You'll also have to be ready to face the cultural and financial difference. Also there are limited countries that give such options.
