If your query is specifically if you can pursue law degree after graduation that is LLB through distance mode while working. then no Bar Council of India doesn't recognize it, also law as a course of study require practical experiences apart from learning the theoretical concepts, so if you want to go for regular mode, then you can, generally the eligibility criteria to pursue LLB is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized board securing 45%-50% aggregate depending upon the norms of the university, admission may be done through entrance test such as DU LLB/BHU UET for BHU/LAT for Allahabad University or even state level law entrance exams, and in some cases admission is also based on academic merit for which there is no entrance test.
