You can study MCA without 50% in graduation with low reputed college as for some colleges the minimum criteria is 45%.

But for the better future you have to put your efforts in this field. If you can't get job then just excel yourself in this field that you can work as a freelancer .

Yes you can get admission in MCA colleges but that college will obviously not be top college for mca course and as a result it will hamper your placement opportunities there.You will not get top companies as most of the companies demands for a minimum of 60% marks in graduation.
