Actually your question is not so clear. You have not mention whether you want to study Bachelor of pharmacy from distance mode or only in online mode. You should know that due to pandemic moment most of the colleges , courses  are now going through online mode, and will go in offline mode after the the moment get normal. In that case you can join in any college.

Otherwise if you were talking about distance learning, there is also a point,Bachelor of pharmacy is not like a theoretical course it also involve some practical things that's why if you do a regular course it will be better for you and your career.
