The candidate are not asked to submit their category certificate at the time of NEET form filling. So it's not a big problem for now. But it is mandatory to present the CATEGORY Certificate at the time of counseling to get the benefit of your category.
Failure to present the category certificate might even leads to your seat rejection. So I will suggest you to kindly get your certificate done before the counseling starts.
