See if you have not uploaded your category certificate till now in JEE-Advance portal so you might have uploaded a self declaration in lieu of OBC certificate. If this is so then you will be considered as eligible for reservation under OBC-NCL category and you have to submit the certificate during the counselling process but note that the certificate must be issued after April 1st, 2020 as per the latest guidelines issued by IIT Delhi for JEE-Advance 2020.

But if you have not uploaded the self declaration then you will not be considered under reservation category.
