No, It's not possible. you can't Switch from BA program to BA honours in 2nd year. And If you wants to pursue BA honours then you have to take admission from 1st year
Also, you can't change a subject in second year of BA, but you can change your honours subject from one of your core subject in 3rd year of BA.
