For admission in nits u have 75% or u have to in top 20 percentile in respective board

No, never. According to JOSAA rules you should have 75% at your pcm

no , you cannot . at least 75%  required if you from general category . hope this help .

you can take part in state engineering college entrance or in any private engineering college entrance . but for nit 75% is mendetory . 65% for ST/SC category .
