Rutu , You qualify to get admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPth) course if you appear for MHT-CET exam and secure cut off marks . You then study Physiotherapy and undergo a certain time for internship and then you get a degree and registered as a Physiotherapist .

Yes you can take admission for physiotherapy on the basis of your mhtcet score.
