Hello Shakibul, 

No college grants direct entry to second year. This is because you are registered either for the full UG course or the full PG course when the registration occurs. Registration is not on a yearly basis. Therefore I am afraid you will have to enroll in first year itself, despite your diploma, if you apply to any college.
