Earlier there used to be restrictions regarding pursuing two degree courses simultaneously but it doesn't exist anymore, candidates can now pursue two degree courses one through distance mode and another through regular, and as you said that you  had one backlog paper, and you're about to clear it, so you can go ahead with another master's degree based on graduation.
