No, you cannot get admission in now in 2021 on the basis of your last year jee main i. e JEE main 2020 percentile/rank  in west Bengal or anywhere else.

This is because,

Your JEE main score is valid for only one year i. e the year in which it is conducted  so, Jee main 2020 score was valid for admission in 2020 only . To get admission in 2021 you will have to appear in JEE main 2021

So, you need to apply for jee main 2021 dear.

You can apply for JEE main 2021 May session, the   application Window for the same has not been opened  yet due to surge in covid. You get updates regarding the opening of application Window for May session at its official website

Once the application window gets released, you can fill the jee main May session application form  in online mode following  the given below steps -

*registration :- you need to register using your name, mobile number  and email id to generate your login credentials

*then fill the form,

*and after that you need to  go for uploading your documents

*then pay the application fee : application fee is  Rs 650 for male candidates from  general /ews /obc category . For females  /sc/st/trans / pwd candidates application fee is only Rs 325

*finally take a printout of the confirmation page.
