Forget about the two years lost.Some times it happens for some people for some trivial reasons.

Don't waste your time brooding over the past.

You are still eligible to join BSc. Course. Many friends I know have joined similar courses after one year gap for repeating the course.

Just make sure that you are completely happy and satisfied with the course you are going to choose. Be wise while choosing the subject you wish to major in so as to avoid future regrets.
