A score of 420 will fetch you an All India NEET rank around 70,000. For the year 2018 and 2017 for Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College Belgaum, the cut off rank was in the range of 28,000 to 35,000. I'm sorry but I don't think you stand much chance in getting a seat there. However, you can get a seat in other good private colleges.
