First of all congratulations as you have performed quite well in neet examinations. Coming to your question ofcourse you can take admission in any medical college in Maharashtra according to your rank although if you are not a domicile of Maharashtra. 

Since you are outside state candidate you will be considered under AI (all India) quota during counselling. The state provides 85% state quota and 15% AI quota. 

The Commissionerate, Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai will soon release the form for admission to medical and dental colleges in Maharashtra. After successful submission of form you will be eligible for counselling.
