Many universities and colleges take without jee ,like srm University take on management qouta.
Yhis above was just example.but my if you haven't given jee then there is no good institute which doesn't take without jee .soo jee marks have very value

Yes you can get the admission without jee to any private college.or in the state where jee is not compulsory for the admission in UG.
