It will not be possible for you to apply for Bachelor of Technology computer science after completing your 12th class in commerce background. This is because the most basic eligibility criteria for pursuing Bachelor of Technology computer science is to complete your 10 + 2 class level board examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. But Commerce is completely different from Engineering stream. So it will not be possible for you to apply for Bachelor of Technology Computer Science Engineering.
