Yes, you can take commerce after your 11 and 12th with Science. But in that case you must have had Mathematics as a subject. Now you can go for degree courses like BBA, BCom, BCom(Hons), etc. Actually the eligibility for studying a degree course in Commerce most of the time says that candidate should have passed 10+2 Exams with a 50% aggregate of the total marks. And in few cases some private universities have their entrance exams.
