If you wish to take admission in BDes course then you'd require to pass your 12th boards with any subjects and any stream for being eligible to take admission through NIFT.

But for admission in B FTech course you'd require to pass Class 12th boards with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics is compulsory. Hence you can take admission in the  B Des course with any subjects but not in B F tech course.
