I don't think so, I don't know what diploma you've done, if you had asked this in reference to pursuing Degree program like BTech, after doing diploma in any engineering branch, I would have said that's possible through lateral entry. 

But, BA admission happens on 10+2 merit, you need to be 12th passed. 

If you choose to change your college further after having completed  1st year in BA, than may be its possible.
