Yes you can use your college id card or printed copy of your eaadhar card.

Dear Mayuri, your College id is similar to your NEET admit card. It only holds good for College and not for a National Level Entrance Exam like NEET. For NEET, you need to carry a Identity proof which is valid across India. It can be either Aadhar Card/Voters Id/PAN Card. School card or college id are not allowed. If you donot take one among Aadhar card/Voter's Id/PAN Card, you will not be allowed to the examination hall. And a photocopy doesn't help. An original is required. If you don't have original of Aadhar card, you can try E-Aadhar card. You can download a copy of E-Aadhar card and take it along.
