Yes.... you can participate in CSAB counselling without registration in JoSAA counselling.....

All the candidates who are eligible for JoSAA counselling are equally eligible for CSAB. ... Even if you are holding a seat, then also you can apply for CSAB special rounds....

The exam authorities will allot seats to the registered candidates as per their JEE Main merit, preferences, and availability of seats.....(vacant seats)

The exam authorities will conduct CSAB 2021 after completion of the admission process through JoSAA...

Central Seat Allocation Board will be conducting ( CSAB ) 2021 to provide admissions into the participating institutes (IIITs, NITs, and GFTIs) on the basis of JEE Main scores......

Candidates having qualified JEE Main score and passed 12th class, irrespective of any percentage will be considered for admission......
