yes you can take a degree for BEd after BTech in electrical engineering. if you want to do anything specific to related to your branch you can do it. you will get high scope and you can understand it better as you might have studied it in your 4 year time.

You may have to appear for entrance respective to the college.so prepare for it and apply for a stream you are interested and you can start doing your BEd  .
