Hello Shubham

Yes you can teach Civil Engineering after doing your Mtech but the catch is that you can't teach in IIT's or the top NIT's.

For teaching in IIT's one must need a Phd degree that too mostly from abroad.

You can try For other colleges but they also want an Mtech from atleast NIT's.

Sir, means going off field would not be a problem? Geoinformatics being a non core course would not cause any problem?
