The application form for VITEEE is open till July 31st, 2020. This year the admissions into VIT will be done on the basis of merits in class 12.
As you are going to appear for your supplementary exam in the month of August, you won't be able to upload and fill your application form then.
Once you complete your supplementary exams and get your result, you can apply for some other top private engineering colleges in India which will still have their applications open for  admissions.
