Since you have given your 12th board exams from Karnataka you will be eligible to apply for the domicile in Karnataka provided that you have a reason to show why you were not present in the state for 7 consequtive years. The acceptable reasons include being achild of an employee of the Union Government or an employee of the Union or Karnataka State Government( Undertaking or Joint Sector Undertaking), who is liable to be transferred anywhere in India as per the terms and conditions of his employment and has worked in Karnataka for a minimum period of one year.
The full details of all the clauses that can get you a domicile of Karnataka are present on https://azimpremjiuniversity.edu.in/SitePages/pdf/eligibility-clauses-for-karnataka-domicile.pdf

sir / madam how can i join forest department after second PUC Please respond . Thank you.
After second PUC you directly cannot join into forest department. You can go for B.Sc in Forestry science course after second PUC and after completion of it you could apply for jobs in Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education, Zoological parks, Forest Department. Then after selection you could work in any of the job profiles you would be offered.
Also to get higher job profiles with good salaries you could also appear for ( IFS/Indian IFOS) Forest Service exam.
For eligibility of (IFS/Indian IFOS) Forest service exam candidate should have any one of the follows:
•Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects as Botany
•Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects as chemistry
•Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects as Animal husbandry and veterinary Science.
After this you'd be getting great job profiles into Forest Department.
Hope this helps
what cann be done aftwr PUC so that he earn more
Firstly earning more doesn't depend upon any degree or any specific field of job profile. Most of the career options after 12th have their own benifits with attractive salary packages after completion. So one needs to be skilled in his field of work and secure higher positions for earning more.
So some of the career options to opt for which has good scope and salaries after 12th are as below:
- Bsc Nursing
Hope this helps

It would be helpful if you would specify the entrance exam you are referring to. However, I think it is safe for me to say that most entrance exams AND colleges require you to pass your 10+2(or PUC) to be eligible for them. So, I suggest you go back to your books, study hard and take admissions to any college that you like.
