Hello Aspirant,
No you cannot upload your Father's caste certificate in NEET Application form because the certificate should only be issued on your name then only you can get reservation benefits. 
If you belongs to OBC-NCL Or Gen-EWS then you can get your new certificate issued from the authorities and for now you can upload the self undertaking in NEET UG Application form. 

The EWS candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of Gen-EWS Certificate at (Appendix - IXB) in Information bulletin] to that effect (Reference: No.F.No.20013/01/2018-BC-II) and OBC candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate as per Appendix - XB in Information bulletin] to that effect. Visit http://www.ncbc.nic.in for the latest guidelines and updates on the Central List of State-wise OBCs.

****** During counselling process there will be a document verification before admission in any college and during that time you should have your latest and original certificate issued only on your name. 

But if you belongs to any other category then you need to submit your original caste certificate by May 15th, 2022.


Complete NEET UG 2022 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-
** Very first step is to visit the official website as given above and click on "New registration" button.
** Then you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as :-
i. >>>>>>> The recent photograph should be either in colour or black and white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
ii. >>>>>>> Scanned photographs, signature, and Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impression should be in JPG format (clearly legible).
iii. >>>>>>> Scanned Category Certificate (if applicable), Citizenship Certificate (if applicable), and PwD Certificate (wherever applicable) should be in pdf format (clearly legible).
iv. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned passport photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible).
v. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned Postcard photograph (4”x6”) should be between 10 kb - 200 kb (clearly legible).
vi. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearly legible)
vii. >>>>>>> The size of scanned and Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impressions as per the Template provided (Appendix-XXIV) should be between 10 kb to 200 kb. 
viii. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of the Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in pdf between 50kb to 300kb (clearly legible).
ix. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of the PwD certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible) 
x. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of Class 10 pass certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb(clearly legible).
xi. >>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of the Citizenship Certificate/Embassy certificate or any Documentary proof of Citizenship certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.
