As per JEE guidelines, the font can be in any of the stated languages in their guidelines but should be aligned with centeral government mark. It cannot belong to a particular municipal, city or state category. The category must come under the central government list for OBC-NCL and that is the only way to get a central government aligned OBC-NCL certificate
