No but you can upload an valid OBC-NCL certificate as per the prescribed format which is given on JEE (Advanced) 2020 website, and also it should be issued on or after 01 April 2020.

If you follow this procedure you could avail the benefits of OBC-NCL category.

Note : OBC-NCL certificate cannot be submitted after examination
