Dear aspirant

There is no documents required to upload in second phase registration of application form of NEET.

You have to just fill the category and subcategories name there,no any documents to upload. But you will be needing valid and latest OBC caste certificate in time of counselling if you want to get the benefits of reservation.

In second phase of registration you can correct some personal details like gender, nationality, category, sub category, email id etc.

Other than this you will have to fill your educational details of class 10th, 11th and 12th.

At last you have to fill parents education and income which is totally optional if you want to fill you can or you can leave blank also.
