There are 2 things to it. First off, would you be able to complete the bond before December 331st, 2019. If not, technically you cannot take admission in PGIMER. Second, if you are in your bond period and your degree is with them, do you have your provisional degree? You will need one of these, If you do not have it, you can upload the passing certificate but you will need the Original provisional/permanent degree atleast by the time of Counselling and admission.
