Actually, when every time you leave your previous institute, it provides you the leaving certificate. This needs to be submitted in the next institute where you are going to take admission. This certificate will remain with them permanently. It is mandatory to submit this certificate. If you don't have it, you should visit your school and get it from there. The school authorities are aware that this certificate is required for Admission and they will help you out soon. They will give you a duplicate copy if they have already given you a certificate earlier.

Apart from this, you are also required to submit original 12th leaving certificate at the time of admission.

Make sure you get enough xerox copies of leaving certificates. As once submitted they are not given back.
