The Central EWS certificate is valid across India and can be used for various government exams conducted by different states. Make sure your family's income is less than 8 lakh and you meet the requirements of it.

The EWS certificate law, which is a national level certificate, was passed by the central government in 2019. Thus, you can apply to any government-run college and present your EWS certificate. It doesn't matter what state you get it from. 10% of the reservation will be given to you for it.
