Hey,
TC or the transfer certificate is one of the most important document for every counselling. College does not accept the candidate until they dont get the TC in their hands. So please get it. And till then undertaking regarding it can be used. You will get some time from the college you choose to get your TC but it is mandatory for you to give it.
