We need to upload an address proof in the NEET application , but it is usually the permanent one, which is on the Aadhar card. So, we do not need to upload any "present" address proof in NEET.
You can just upload your Aadhaar as address proof. In case you do not have that, then you can just upload the Indian Army house allotment letter, but it should match the present address.
