Candidates are required to take original ID proof - Aadhar card/Voter's ID/ PAN card - as an ID proof along with NEET admit card during the exam. Try to take any of the above mentioned ID proofs with you. School ID card may or may not be considered. So to be on the safe side, carry any of the mentioned ID proofs.

No, you can't use your college id as an id proof in neet. As they asked for your aadhar card.
You have to enter your aadhar pin when you will fill the NEET application form. So you should keep in your mind that aadhar card is must.
On the other nowadays aadhar card is the basic thing that every indian citizen should have as a national id proof.
