Yes you can wear simple red coloured top for NEET .All you need to keep in mind is that it should be half sleeves as full sleeves are not allowed.You are allowed to wear either salwar or trousers only .Avoid clothes having embroidery,broaches,flowers,metal studs .In footwear either slippers or sandals with low heels are allowed as shoes are not allowed .Do not wear earrings,rings,pendant,nosepin as it will get detected in metal detector and you might run into unnecessary problems.Do not carry anything else other than your ID proof and admit card with you for exam.

You are allowed to wear a red colour but make sure it is not too bright i.e. the colour should be light, it must also be half seelved with no brooches, zips, big buttons, design and embroidey on it. Keep your troiser as simple as you can to avoid the misscommunication with invigilators.
