Hii aspirant
Hope you are doing well amid pandemic
The question you've asked is a bit strange and smart at the same time
As this year dress code for male and female candidates has been specified for NEET examination Some of points are as follows
  1. Females candidates must wear a mask and gloves
  2. Female candidates should not to wear clothes which having embroidery, flowers, brooches or buttons
  3. No clothes with full arm length sleeves should be worn on the day of examination, female candidates should wear half sleeve clothes.
  4. Jeans with big pockets and fashionable are  not  allowed .
  5. High heels and thick sole shoes are to be avoided and instead candidates should wear  sandals or slippers. Low heel footwear is also allowed.
  6. Female candidates must avoid wearing any kind of jewelry like earrings, nose rings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelet
as per the above mentioned guidelines wearing blue  plazzo is not a problem as long as it do not have heavy embroidery, brooches and flowers ,  it has to be simple that's it
