Hi Neha,

No you can't wear leggings for your NEET exams as only salwar and trousers are allowed .Try to stick to the dress code set by NTA for NEET exam which includes wearing light clothes with half sleeves as full sleeves are not allowed.Avoid clothes with embroidery, broaches,buttons ,zips.In footwear only slippers or sandals with low heels are allowed as shoes are not allowed .
