Yes,you can wear as, their is no such strict rule for colors,but it is preferred that the clothes worn by students should be light(zip pockets,big buttons should not be their).

Trousers,simple pants are preferred.

Yes,all simple formal full pants are allowed in neet 2020 as there is no guidelines for pants colour.It doesn't matter what colour it is. It may be dark brown or white or black.But full formal pants are mandatory.

So you go with your favourite colour full pant and do well in exam.
