If you are asking about the dress code for NEET 2019 examination, then yes you can wear but try avoiding metallic chains or buttons in your clothing. That might not be allowed. You can also wear some trouser which contains no metallic components in it.

For Male candidates it is formal wear like half sleeved shirts and trousers. No jeans, kurta pyjama are allowed. Even the trousers and shirt cannot have any extrinsic designs, big buttons and embroidery. Your clothes need to be simple.and light. Shoes are not allowed. Sandals are slippers are only allowed. No ornaments of any metal whatsoever like rings, chains, bracelets are allowed.
